Where We Ship

 

We currently ship to addresses within the UK only.

Processing Time

 

All items are handmade to order and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During busy periods (like holidays), please allow a little extra time.

 

Shipping Rates

We aim to keep our shipping costs fair and simple:

For Flat Items (e.g. cards, magnets):

  • 2nd Class Standard: £0.90
  • 1st Class Standard: £1.70

For Larger Items (sent as Large Letter):

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: £2.95
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: £3.85

Free UK Shipping is available on all orders over £30.

Delivery Estimates

  • 2nd Class Standard: 2–4 business days after dispatch
  • 1st Class Standard: 1–2 business days after dispatch
  • Tracked 48: 2 business days
  • Tracked 24: 1 business day

All delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and may vary slightly.

Tracking

Tracked services include full delivery tracking. You’ll receive tracking info via email once your order has been dispatched.

Delays

We do our best to get your order to you quickly, but occasional postal delays can happen—especially during peak times or Royal Mail disruptions. We appreciate your understanding.

Missing or Damaged Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, or if it arrives damaged, please email us at hello@celandine.studio and we’ll make it right.
